Individual Healing Touch Session

Healing Touch is a type of energy therapy that uses near-body touch to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. It is based on the idea that humans are made up of energy and that imbalances in the energy field can affect the well-being of the whole person. Healing Touch practitioners use their hands to assess and balance the energy field, with the intention of promoting healing and harmony. Because energy knows no bounds, remote/virtual sessions are as effective as in person sessions.

Themed group breathwork session and transformative experience in a communal setting

Please arrive 15 min in advance

The session starts at 6:30pm and runs approximately 90 minutes

Wear comfortable clothing.

Blanket, eye mask, pillow and headphones will be provided.

No drugs/alcohol for 24 hours prior as you want to be fully present.

Eat light so your body is not distracted with digestion.

Use the restroom prior to the session so you will be comfortable for the duration.

Tissues nearby for emotional release should that happen.

You’ll be lying flat to allow deep breathing without airway constrict. You can have a rolled up towel under your neck if that is more comfortable for you.

Turn off any notifications on your devices so you won’t be disturbed.

We will begin sitting up but then recline for the breathwork.
